2009 Yankee Invention Exposition

The Board of Directors of Yankee Invention Exposition, Inc. have reluctantly decided not to hold the fifteenth annual 2009 Expo this October as planned.

The major reason is a lack of response from exhibitors, due perhaps to the down economy, which points to a smaller expo than is feasible. We understand that we are not the only ones who cancelled invention expos this year, so we believe that the economy is a major factor.

Going forward, our organization sees a clearly perceived need of the individual inventor or small business for education as to how to move an idea into the marketplace. It is our intent to fill this need.
