Some will write web site content....
Some will enhance SEO properties....
Some seem to do just about anything....

You can search for what's offered.
Sometimes they are clever... great...and worth every penny.
If not...you get a credit for next time.

I've been pleased with web site fodder received.
Yes, I edit some....and often enhance the English.

But it's amazing what you can find and utilize for $5.
